Whenever I want sushi I come to ichiban. I can always count on it being fresh! The sashimi salad and Alaska rolls are my favorite. Their hot and sour soup is very tasty as well. Also recommend the miso soup.
We are not from the area but we were here for work. We decided to eat here on my birthday! We ended up being the only two in the grill room & there were birthday decorations hanging on the walls(from another party I guess, but we pretended they were for me) The food was fast & soo good. We would definitely come back if in the area again! :)
First time at this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. Great service and great food . We just moved to Alabama and now that we are settled down, we wanted to try different restaurants, and sushi has always been one of our favorites. We were at a garage sale and food topic came up so we asked if there was a good sushi place close by and Ichiban came up in our conversation as a very good place to eat. I agree, we were very happy with everything. We will go back soon. We ordered crazy spicy tuna, lobster roll and rainbow roll. Yummy and our favorite roll was the rainbow roll but the other 2 were delicious. My wife did the ordering and she made some great choices.

The lunch bento box makes a perfect meal for lunch with plenty of options to choose from! Of course you can't go wrong with their hibachi either! I'm not a fan of sushi so I can't speak for that but everyone that likes it tells me it's really good there!
Ok, if you're serious about sushi, this is the place for you. The art that goes on the plate is just the beginning to the first bite of amazing in your mouth. Hibachi and cooked dishes are great as well, but I can never not order sushi here. All others pale in comparison.
